Ordering, Delivery, Collection and Cancellation
Placing your order
To avoid disappointment, please place your order 48 hours prior to your function. We do ask that all Sunday and Monday orders be placed by 12:00pm on the Friday prior. Orders can be picked up in store at any participating store or can be delivered to your selected venue, Monday through to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. If you have an urgent matter regarding your order once it has been placed then please contact our online department on 1800 289 394 between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. If it is outside of our business hours, please use the contact form to send through your enquiry and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as they can.
Collecting from a store
For your convenience platters can be made available for collection at participating Drakes stores. A full list of participating stores is available when you checkout. We require a minimum of 2 days’ notice to create your platter. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected time slot, 2 days after placing your order online.
We require a printed copy of your invoice at the time off collection.
4 Hour Express
For your convenience selected 4 Hour Express platters are available for collection at participating Drakes stores **Order by 12:00pm for same day Pickup**
Orders can only be made through the Feed Me site. You can’t mix 4 Hour Express platters with our regular 48 hour platters.
Unfortunately 4 Hour Express Platters are not available for delivery
For your ease and convenience, we can arrange delivery of your platters to your South Australian venue. We deliver Monday through to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Delivery zones are SA Metro only – for a full list of post codes we deliver to, click here.
Orders $300 and over qualify for free delivery within the Drakes Supermarkets delivery area. All orders $299 and under that are placed for delivery will incur a $20 delivery fee.
We are sorry to inform you, that platters required for collection or delivery on a public holiday will not be available. If your function is on a public holiday, platters will need to be collected or delivered to your venue the day prior, therefore orders must be placed 48 hours prior to the collection or delivery date.
We cannot deliver if nobody is able to collect
If we arrive to your venue at the scheduled time and nobody is available to take collection of your order, we will make every endeavour to contact you. If unsuccessful, a late cancellation fee of $30 may be charged to your credit card. We are unable to leave goods un-attended at your venue, without being signed for.
When delivering platters, in the unlikely event of a delay beyond our control, we will attempt to make immediate contact with you regarding any potential delay.
If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of your event, a $30 cancellation fee may apply. Please call us directly on 1800 289 394 to let us know!
