Subscription Policy for Drakes Feed Me
At Drakes, we aim to provide convenience and flexibility for our customers with our subscription service. Whether you're ordering for a special occasion or just want regular deliveries, we've got you covered. Below is our subscription policy to ensure clarity and transparency.
Subscription Options:
- Weekly Subscriptions
- Flexible Orders: Subscribers can modify their box contents, size, or frequency of delivery at any time.
- Subscription products: are not able to be added to Feed Me platter orders
Subscription Management:
- Start/Change Subscription: You can start, pause, or change your subscription at any time via your account on our website. Any changes must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Payment: Payment for the subscription will be automatically processed based on your selected frequency.
- Weekly subscriptions will be charged on the day before the start of each cycle.
- Subscription payments can not be processed by using a Drakes account card a valid credit card must be used.
Delivery/Pickup:
- Pickup: There will be no charge for a subscription collection from your pre-selected store.

Delivery Charges: Orders $300 and over qualify for free delivery within the Drakes Supermarkets delivery area. All orders $299 and under that are placed for delivery will incur a $20 delivery fee.
- If multiple subscription orders are split over multiple fulfilment days but the individual subscription does not exceed $300 a $20 delivery fee may be added to your order
- Weekly subscriptions including the delivery fee will be charged on the day before the start of each cycle.
Cancellation Policy for Drakes Feed Me:
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. We’ve made our cancellation process simple and hassle-free.
Cancellation Terms:
- No Lock-In Contract: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no long-term commitments.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, log into your account and select the 'Cancel Subscription' option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you with the process.
- Notice Period: Please allow at least 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery for cancellations. Any cancellations made within this 72-hour window may still result in a charge for that delivery cycle.
- Refunds: If you've paid in advance (for weekly subscriptions), and you decide to cancel a minimum of 72 hours notice must be given prior to your fulfilment date. The balance will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Reactivating Subscriptions:
- Reactivation: If you wish to restart your subscription after cancellation, you can easily reactivate it through your account at any time.
